Many Western societies believe that truth can only be acquired through scientific observations and empirical evidence. This approach to truth is mainly due to the cultural emphasis on objective reality and the objective world perception. Many Eastern cultures, on the other hand, believe that truth can be acquired through intuition and spirituality. This perception is mainly due to the subjective world perception, where the self is seen as an integral part of the universe and is not separate from it.

Moreover, different cultures have different approaches to learning. Some societies emphasize didactic teaching methods, where individuals are taught via a teacher-centered approach. In contrast, other cultures prioritize peer-to-peer learning, where individuals learn from each other, and knowledge is acquired collectively.

Culture also plays an essential role in how people perceive and interpret information. For example, in many African cultures, oral storytelling is a significant means of transferring knowledge and information. In contrast, many Western societies rely heavily on written text as the primary source of knowledge transfer.
