What are some of the best cult films from the 21st century so far?

Oh man, I love me some cult films! There have been so many great ones from the 21st century, it's hard to narrow it down. But here are a few that I think are total gems.

First off, I have to mention "Donnie Darko". This movie is an absolute masterpiece, and it's become a cult classic for a reason. It's a mind-bending mystery with a killer soundtrack, and it's one of those movies that you'll find yourself thinking about for days after you watch it.

Another cult favorite of mine is "The Room". If you haven't seen it, you're missing out on some of the best/worst acting and writing in movie history. It's so bad that it's actually amazing, and it's become a must-watch for any cult film fan.

And of course, we can't forget "The Big Lebowski". This movie has it all - a hilarious script, incredible performances, and a truly unique style. It may not have made a lot of money at the box office, but it's become a cultural phenomenon and it's loved by fans all over the world.

Moving on, there's also "In Bruges". This dark comedy is the perfect blend of humor and violence, and it's got some of the best writing I've seen in a long time. It's definitely not for everyone, but if you're a fan of edgy humor and well-crafted stories, you won't be disappointed.

Another personal favorite of mine is "Moon". This sci-fi gem stars Sam Rockwell as a man who's been living alone on the moon for years, and things start to get pretty weird pretty quickly. It's a haunting and beautifully shot film that's sure to leave an impression.

Last but not least, I have to mention "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World". This movie is a total blast - it's like a video game come to life, with insane fight scenes and hilarious dialogue. It didn't do so hot at the box office, but fans can't get enough of it and it's become a total cult hit.

So there you have it - a few of my favorite cult films from the 21st century. Of course, there are plenty of other amazing movies out there that could easily make this list, but these are the ones that I always come back to. If you haven't seen any of them yet, do yourself a favor and give them a watch!
