Is surfing culture still dominated by men?

Surfing is a really cool sport where people ride on big waves using a surfboard. But sometimes, people think that surfing is only for boys. This is not true!

Many girls and women enjoy surfing too! They are just as talented and skilled as the boys. In fact, there are many famous female surfers like Bethany Hamilton, Carissa Moore, and Stephanie Gilmore. These awesome ladies have won lots of competitions and they inspire other girls to try surfing.

So, to answer the question, surfing culture is not only dominated by men. Girls can also be a big part of it. It is important to remember that we should never judge someone based on their gender or assume that they can't do something just because they are a boy or a girl. Everyone should have the chance to enjoy surfing and be a part of the surfing community, no matter who they are!
