People are becoming more aware of the impact that their diet has on their overall wellbeing, and are looking for ways to eat healthier without sacrificing flavor. Many ethnic cuisines, such as Mediterranean and Asian, are known for their use of fresh ingredients, herbs and spices, and simple cooking methods that preserve the integrity of the food. As people become more health-conscious, I think they will naturally be drawn to these types of cuisines.

Lastly, I think that the rise of food tourism and culinary travel will also contribute to the popularity of ethnic cooking techniques. More and more people are planning their trips around food experiences, seeking out the most authentic street foods and local specialties in the places they visit. As this trend continues to grow, I think it will increase people's exposure to different cooking techniques and ingredients, and make them more eager to try them out when they get back home.

Of course, there will always be some people who are resistant to trying new things, and who prefer to stick to what they know. But overall, I think that the factors listed above will lead to a greater appreciation and adoption of ethnic cooking techniques in the years to come.
