Can phrasal verbs be considered the essence of English language?

Well, this is a very interesting question. As an English language user and lover, I can say that phrasal verbs definitely play a significant role in the language. They are what makes English sound natural and fluent, and they are used extensively in both spoken and written communication.

For example, "put up with" implies a level of tolerance or endurance that "tolerate" or "endure" alone cannot convey.
