Internalism is a big word that means something very specific in the world of knowledge and learning. It has to do with the way we think about what we know and how we know it.
Internalism says that knowledge comes from inside of us. That means that we have to use our own minds and thoughts to figure things out. We can't just rely on what other people tell us or what we see around us.

Internalism says that both of these ways of knowing are important. But it's up to each person to figure out for themselves what they really know and what they only think they know.
