Incorporating cultural knowledge in teaching makes pupils more receptive to the language and more confident and comfortable in using it.

Secondly, cultural knowledge fosters inclusive and culturally sensitive teaching practices. Comprehensive cultural instruction promotes equity and guarantees that all learners' backgrounds, including their cultures, are considered in the teaching and learning process. Inclusivity is essential in the education sector, especially when teaching a subject that is entirely new to some individuals. A multicultural approach facilitates learners' acquisition by enabling interaction with other cultures and allowing them to view the target language and culture from diverse perspectives.
