Is there a ranking system for countries based on their compliance with International Aviation Law?
Hmm, that's a good question. I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think there is a specific ranking system for countries based on their compliance with International Aviation Law.
However, I do know that the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) does assess and evaluate countries' compliance with international aviation standards and regulations. They use a Universal Safety Oversight Audit Program (USOAP) to conduct these assessments and provide feedback to countries on areas where improvement is needed.
But as for a ranking system, I haven't heard of one. It seems like it would be difficult to rank countries in this way since there are likely multiple factors involved and each country may have different strengths and weaknesses when it comes to aviation law compliance.
Additionally, there might be some subjectivity involved in determining how to rank countries. For example, what criteria would be used to determine compliance? And who would be responsible for ranking?
Overall, I think it's an interesting question and something worth looking into further. But as of now, I don't think there is a clear answer to whether or not there is a ranking system for countries based on their compliance with international aviation law.
