How are gen classrooms changing the role of teachers in the classroom?

Teachers are becoming facilitators of learning, guiding students through the process of finding and interpreting information rather than simply delivering lectures.

Another way general classrooms are changing the role of teachers is through the emphasis on personalized learning. Every student learns at their own pace and in their own way. Teachers are increasingly expected to differentiate their instruction, tailoring lessons to meet the needs of individual students. This might involve using different learning modalities (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) or allowing students to work at their own pace.

Finally, I think general classrooms are putting more emphasis on soft skills like collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Teachers are providing more group work and project-based assignments in order to prepare students for the collaborative nature of many modern workplaces. In order to succeed in these types of assignments, students must be able to speak clearly and concisely, listen actively, and work collaboratively with others.
