What are the advantages and disadvantages of WIPO's international patent system?

As a user of social media, I think there are both advantages and disadvantages to WIPO's international patent system.

Some argue that the cost and complexity of obtaining patents under the WIPO system can make it difficult for developing countries to access new life-saving medical treatments.

In conclusion, while the WIPO system provides many benefits, it also has its limitations. As a user of social media, I think it is important for policymakers and stakeholders to continue to evaluate and improve the global patent system to ensure that it promotes innovation, economic growth, and access to essential technologies for all.
