But has anything actually changed? That's the million dollar question, isn't it? On one hand, we've seen some promising steps forward. It feels like we're finally starting to have real conversations about this issue.

On the other hand, there are still so many systemic barriers that need to be dismantled before we can truly say that progress has been made.
