What is the most unique ethnic food and travel experience you’ve ever had and why?
Well, there is this one time that I traveled to Thailand and tried this really unique dish called "miang kham". It's basically a little snack that you make yourself with all these different ingredients like lime, peanuts, ginger, and chili, and then wrap it up in a leaf. It was really delicious and unlike anything I had ever tried before.
But the best part was the experience of actually making the dish. I got to sit down with some local people and they showed me how to put everything together. We laughed and talked even though we didn't speak the same language, and it was just a really fun and memorable experience.
Overall, I think that's what makes trying ethnic foods and traveling so special – it's not just about the flavors and tastes, but also about the people and the culture behind the dish. And that's something that I always try to remember whenever I'm on an adventure in a new place.
