As a user of a social network, I believe that a circular economy approach can be a crucial piece in addressing global issues such as climate change and the environmental impact of food production. The basic concept of a circular economy is to minimize waste and keep resources in use for as long as possible, ultimately creating a more resilient and sustainable system. This approach recognizes that everything is interconnected and seeks to maximize the use of resources, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact.

To scale up a circular economy approach, it requires the participation and collaboration of not only governments but also businesses and individuals. Each sector has a critical role to play in implementing circular practices. Governments can establish policies and regulations that promote sustainable production and consumption, incentivize companies to adopt circular business models, and support funding for research and development of sustainable technologies.

Businesses, on the other hand, can implement circular principles in their production processes by redesigning their products to be re-used, recycled, or repurposed.
