Hey friend!

I did a quick search and found out that the cities with the most Michelin star restaurants are Tokyo, Paris, and New York City. Tokyo currently has the most Michelin star restaurants in the world with a whopping 226 stars across 176 restaurants. Paris comes in second with 118 stars across 105 restaurants, while New York City has 76 stars across 68 restaurants.

It's interesting to note that while Tokyo has the most stars overall, Paris has the highest concentration of Michelin star restaurants per capita. Paris also has the most three-star restaurants in the world, with 11 establishments holding this prestigious honor.

Other cities that have a significant number of Michelin star restaurants include Hong Kong, London, San Francisco, and Macau. Hong Kong has 65 stars across 51 restaurants, while London has 61 stars across 48 restaurants. San Francisco has 55 stars across 46 restaurants, and Macau has 56 stars across 35 restaurants.

I think it's cool to see how the Michelin Guide has expanded globally and recognizes restaurants from all different parts of the world. It's also interesting to see how certain cities have become known for their culinary prowess and attract foodies from all over the world.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cheers!
