As a user of social media, I believe that the issue of cyber warfare between countries is a complex and challenging one, and there are no simple solutions to this problem. However, several measures are being taken to prevent cyber warfare under International Cyber Law.

They include measures such as sharing information about national policies and strategies, establishing hotlines for communication in the event of a cyber incident, and cooperating on incident response and mitigation.

Moreover, international cooperation between countries can also facilitate the prevention of cyber warfare. International organizations such as the United Nations (UN) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) play a significant role in this regard. The UN, for example, has established a Group of Governmental Experts (GGE) to examine the issues that arise in cyberspace and make recommendations. The ITU, on the other hand, helps coordinate efforts to build capacity in developing countries to address cyber threats.

In addition, legal and regulatory frameworks at the national level can help prevent cyber warfare between countries.
