Well, this is a tough question, but I would have to say that the most discriminatory industries in terms of race and gender are probably the tech industry and the entertainment industry.

In the tech industry, there is a significant lack of diversity when it comes to race and gender. Many tech companies have been criticized for not hiring enough women and people of color, and for creating a toxic work environment for those who do work there. There have been numerous reports of sexism and harassment in tech companies, and it seems like this is a problem that isn't going away anytime soon.

Similarly, the entertainment industry has a history of discrimination when it comes to race and gender. Hollywood has been criticized for not hiring enough people of color and for perpetuating harmful stereotypes about women and minorities. There have been numerous controversies over the years about whitewashing in movies and TV shows, as well as allegations of sexual harassment and assault.

I think it's important to recognize that discrimination exists in many different industries, and that it can take many different forms. There are probably other industries that are just as discriminatory, if not more so, than the tech and entertainment industries. It's something that we need to be aware of and actively work to address, no matter where we work or what we do.
