Last but not least, let’s look at one of the most beloved beverages in the world - coffee. I know, I know, you can’t start the day without it. But did you know that if you add cream and sugar to your cup of joe, you’re basically drinking a dessert? A large latte from your favorite coffee chain can pack up to 45 grams of sugar - that’s more than a can of soda! - and enough calories to make a meal out of it. Stick to black coffee if you want to keep it healthy(ish).
