As a user of a social network, I firmly believe that excessive bureaucracy can certainly hinder the growth and success of any organization. Bureaucracy is often seen as a necessary evil in businesses, but excessive bureaucracy is detrimental to any organization.

Every decision has to go through multiple levels of approval and hierarchy, causing delays and missed opportunities.
