Are there any countries or cities that practice bureaucracy more efficiently than others?

Well, as far as my experience goes, there are some countries and cities that seem to have more streamlined bureaucracies than others. Of course, this is all subjective and based on my personal experiences, so take it with a grain of salt!

In terms of countries, I've found that some of the Scandinavian countries like Denmark, Sweden, and Norway tend to have very efficient bureaucracies. For example, when I needed to get a work visa for Sweden, everything was done online and the process was very straightforward. I didn't have to go through a lot of red tape or wait around for weeks to hear back. Similarly, when I needed to change my address in Denmark, the process was also very easy and straightforward.

In contrast, I've found that some countries in Latin America can be more challenging when it comes to bureaucracy. For instance, when I was in Peru, I had to get a lot of paperwork done in order to set up a bank account. The process involved filling out a bunch of forms, getting them notarized, and then waiting in line at the bank for a long time. It was a bit of a headache!

When it comes to cities, I've found that some cities in Asia are very efficient. For example, when I was in Seoul, South Korea, I was really impressed with how fast and easy it was to get a new SIM card for my phone. I just went to a convenience store and found a machine that dispensed SIM cards. All I had to do was enter my information and pay, and then I had a new SIM card in my hand within minutes. I wish it were that easy in other places!

On the other hand, I've found that some cities in developing countries can be very challenging when it comes to bureaucracy. For instance, I had to renew my visa in Mumbai, India, and the process involved a ton of paperwork and waiting around in government offices. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least!

Overall, I think it's hard to make blanket statements about which countries or cities have the most efficient bureaucracies. Every place is different, and it really depends on your specific situation and what you need to get done. That being said, I do think that some countries and cities are generally more streamlined and user-friendly than others.
