Which cities around the world are known for their diverse array of ethnic restaurants?

Are you a foodie? Do you love to explore different cuisines from around the world? Well, then you're in luck because I'm going to take you on a journey to some of the most diverse and exotic cities known for their ethnic restaurants.

Let's start with my personal favorite, New York City. The Big Apple is a melting pot of different cultures, and that reflects in its food scene. From Indian street food in Jackson Heights to Ethiopian injera in Harlem, you'll find a vast array of international cuisine here. And who can forget about the famous Halal carts serving up delicious lamb over rice? New York City truly has something for every taste bud.

Moving on to the Canadian West Coast, Vancouver is known for its multicultural cuisine and seafood delicacies. You'll find everything from traditional Chinese dim sum in Chinatown to spicy Korean barbecue in Coquitlam. And let's not forget about the fresh sushi and sashimi offerings in the city's many Japanese restaurants.

Next up, we have the vibrant and colorful city of Mumbai, India. Known as the food capital of India, Mumbai is famous for its endless variety of street food. From crispy vada pav (fried potato sandwiches) to spicy chaat (savory snacks), the city's food is a reflection of its diverse population.

Taking a trip down to South America, we have the lively capital of Peru, Lima. Lima is a food lover's paradise, with a harmonious blend of flavors and ingredients from the Andean highlands to the coastal regions. You'll find mouth-watering ceviche alongside traditional Peruvian dishes like lomo saltado and ají de gallina.

And last but not least, we have the exotic city of Istanbul, where east meets west. With a history that spans over 2,500 years, Istanbul has a cuisine heavily influenced by Ottoman and Persian cuisine. You can indulge in succulent kebabs, savory meat-stuffed pastries like borek, and sweet baklava.
