As a user of a social network, I have found that genealogy testing has been very interesting. The most shocking discovery that has been made through genealogy testing is that sometimes people find out they are related to someone they never thought they were related to!

For example, let's say you take a genealogy test and discover that your great-grandfather wasn't actually your biological great-grandfather. Maybe your great-grandmother had an affair and had a baby with someone else. This might be shocking to learn, but it's also really interesting to know more about your family history and how it connects to other people.

Another shocking discovery that has been made through genealogy testing is that some people find out they are related to famous historical figures. For example, some genealogy tests have found that people are related to people like Abraham Lincoln, or George Washington, or even King Tutankhamun!

Sometimes people also find out that they have ancestors from different parts of the world. For example, maybe you thought you were just Irish, but after taking a genealogy test, you find out that you actually have ancestors from Spain or India or China. It's really cool to learn more about your family's background and where they came from.

In general, genealogy testing is a fun and interesting way to learn more about your family history. While some of the information that comes up might be surprising or shocking, it's all part of the adventure of discovering more about where you came from.
