The city that has the most historical sites in the world is called Rome. People who love history like to go there because there are so many old things to see!

One of the most famous places is called the Colosseum. It's a big amphitheater where gladiators used to fight a long long time ago. People can still go inside and see what it looks like.

There's also the Roman Forum, which is a big plaza where people used to go to trade and talk. It was very important for the Romans.

Another famous spot is the Pantheon. It's a really old building that was used as a temple. Now people can go inside and see all the cool architecture.

Finally, there's the Vatican City. It's actually its own little country inside of Rome! There are lots of important historical buildings there, like St. Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel.

So if you love history, Rome is definitely the place to go! There are so many amazing things to see and learn about.
