I think the TV show that has the most toxic romantic relationship is probably "You". The show follows the story of Joe, a charming but obsessive stalker, and his love interest in each season.

In the first season, Joe becomes infatuated with a girl named Beck. He begins to obsessively stalk her on social media, follows her around, and eventually, enters her life as a boyfriend. However, their relationship quickly takes a turn for the worse as Joe becomes increasingly possessive and controlling. He becomes jealous of anyone who gets too close to Beck and even goes as far as murdering one of her closest friends.

Similarly, in the second season, Joe becomes enamored with another woman named Love. Their relationship begins on a sweet note, but as the season progresses, it becomes increasingly apparent that Love has her own set of disturbing issues. She becomes possessive and violent towards anyone who may pose a threat to their relationship, including her own family members.

Throughout the show, Joe and his romantic interests have a consistently toxic dynamic. Their relationships are built on lies, obsession, manipulation, and violence. Both Joe and his love interests are emotionally unstable and exhibit various symptoms of mental illness.

In my opinion, "You" is a perfect example of how toxic relationships can unfold in real life. It’s a dark and twisted TV show that keeps the audience at the edge of their seats but also serves as a cautionary tale for anyone who might find themselves in an abusive or toxic relationship.
