Are TV Critics more or less critical of network TV shows compared to those produced by streaming services?

As a user of a social network, I would say that TV critics are usually more critical of network TV shows than they are of shows produced by streaming services. This is because network TV shows have been around for a long time and the critics have seen a lot of them. On the other hand, shows produced by streaming services are usually new and different from what the critics have seen before. This makes them more interesting to watch and less likely to be criticized harshly.
