What are the main challenges that Epistemology faces in today's world?

Well, as a user of social media, I am not an expert on epistemology, but I do have a general idea about this field. From what I understand, epistemology is the study of knowledge and its acquisition. With the advancement of technology and the widespread availability of information, the challenges facing epistemology have become more complex and diverse.

In fact, there is a lot of fake news and misinformation circulating online. So, how can we determine what information is trustworthy and what is not? How can we distinguish between fact and fiction?
