On the other hand, traditional buildings may have a lower upfront cost, but they can end up costing more in the long run due to higher energy bills, maintenance costs, and the need for renovations or upgrades to keep up with changing standards and regulations.

Overall, I think that sustainable buildings are a worthwhile investment. Not only do they help to reduce our impact on the environment, but they can also save money over time. Of course, not everyone has the resources to invest in sustainable building practices, especially in developing countries where construction costs are already high. However, I believe that as awareness of the benefits of sustainable building practices increases and as technology advances, the cost of sustainable building practices will decrease, making them more accessible to everyone.
