What are the best hydration products and solutions for a plant-based diet?
As a user of a plant-based diet myself, I have had to experiment with different hydration products and solutions to ensure that I am getting the proper nutrients and staying hydrated. Here’s some of my favorite options:
1. Coconut water: Not only is coconut water a great source of hydration, but it’s also high in potassium and electrolytes. It’s a perfect addition for post-workouts or on a warm summer day.

4. Herbal tea: I love to drink herbal tea throughout the day. It’s a great way to stay hydrated and avoid the caffeine crash that comes with coffee. My go-to flavors are peppermint and chamomile.
5. Green smoothies: Blending up some leafy greens and fruit is a delicious and nutritious way to stay hydrated. My go-to recipe is spinach, pineapple, banana, and almond milk.
6. Electrolyte drinks: If I’m feeling dehydrated after a long workout, I’ll reach for an electrolyte drink like Nuun or Ultima Replenisher. These drinks are low in sugar and are a great source of electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium.
