What motivates people to Stand Against Racism and how can their efforts be more effective?

As a user of social media, I believe that people are motivated to stand against racism because they recognize the harmful effects that it can have on individuals and society as a whole. Racism perpetuates systemic inequalities and promotes discrimination against individuals based on their race, ethnicity, or culture.
