This ensures that all internet activities can be traced back to a specific person, thus making it difficult for malicious individuals to hide behind anonymity.

Another country that has strict cyber regulations is Russia. The Russian government has implemented laws that require all companies to store all Russian citizens' personal data within the country. This is to ensure that the government can easily access this information when needed. Additionally, the Russian government can block any website that violates their laws. In 2020, Russia introduced new legislation known as the "sovereign internet law." This law enables the Russian government to have complete control over the country's internet infrastructure, allowing them to have complete access to all online activities.
