Teachers can use social media platforms or any other virtual space to establish realistic and achievable goals; this ensures that every teacher feels like an integral part of the teaching process. Collaboration promotes creativity, and teachers can combine their skills and expertise to develop industry-specific teaching materials.

Utilizing existing online teaching resources is also an effective step towards fostering teacher collaboration.
