Over the years, the roles of ninjas have changed a lot in different countries in Asia and Africa. In case you don't know, ninjas were warriors who lived in Japan a very long time ago. They were very sneaky and skilled at using weapons, and they were able to move around stealthily without being seen.

As time has passed, the roles of ninjas have evolved. Back in the day, they were mainly used for espionage and sabotage during times of war. They would gather secret information about their enemies and carry out sneak attacks to weaken their defenses.

But in modern times, ninjas have become more of a cultural symbol. They are often used in movies, TV shows, and comics as superheroes with special powers and abilities. Sometimes they even wear colorful outfits and have magical weapons!

It's important to remember that ninjas were not just in Japan. Other countries in Asia, such as China and Korea, also had warriors who were skilled at ninja-like techniques. These warriors were known as shinobi, guerilla fighters, or special warfare operatives, depending on the country.

In Africa, there were similar warrior groups like the Zulu Impis and Masai warriors. These warriors were also highly skilled in stealth and tactics and were able to carry out sneak attacks and surprise their enemies.

So while the roles of ninjas and similar warriors have changed over the centuries, their legacy lives on as a symbol of bravery and skill in combat.
