As a user of social media, I have noticed that political division and polarization are more prevalent than ever before. It seems like everyone is choosing to support one party or the other, and that very few people are willing to look beyond their political affiliation to find common ground.

With so much division in the world, it's easy to question whether the idea of oneness is still relevant. However, I believe that oneness is more important now than ever before. The concept of oneness suggests that we are all connected, and that even though we may have different beliefs and opinions, we are ultimately part of the same human family.

The reality is that we are not so different from one another. Studies have shown that we share approximately 99.9% of our genetic code, and that we all have the same basic physical and emotional needs. We all want to feel loved, accepted, and secure, regardless of our political views.

Furthermore, research has shown that social connection is essential for our mental and physical well-being. Lack of social connection can lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders, while strong social connections have been linked to a longer lifespan and a lower risk of chronic diseases.

In today's world, where many of us are isolated due to social distancing measures, it's even more important to remember that we are all connected. Social media has the potential to bring us together, but it can also exacerbate political division and further polarize our society.

Instead of focusing on our differences, we need to focus on what unites us. We need to recognize that we are all part of the same human family and that we all want the same basic things out of life. Whether we are Democrats or Republicans, liberals or conservatives, we need to come together to find solutions to the problems that face our society.

In conclusion, the idea of oneness is more relevant than ever in today's world of political division and polarization. We need to remember that we are all connected, and that we all have a part to play in creating a better world for ourselves and future generations. Let's choose unity over division, and work towards a more peaceful and prosperous future together.
