When it comes to culinary festivals with the most diverse representation of global cuisines, there are several that come to mind. Here are a few that I think are definitely worth checking out:

1. The Taste of Chicago: This festival takes place every year in July and is known for its incredible selection of global cuisines. Each year, over 300 food vendors gather in Grant Park to showcase their culinary creations, including everything from Italian gelato to Mexican street tacos to Thai noodles. With such a diverse array of options, it's impossible not to find something that you love.

2. The World Food & Music Festival: Held annually in Des Moines, Iowa, this festival is a true celebration of diversity and culture. Featuring food vendors from all over the globe, the festival offers attendees the chance to try everything from Indian curry to Jamaican jerk chicken to Korean BBQ. Plus, there are plenty of activities and concerts to enjoy while you're there.

3. The Taste of Atlanta: This festival is one of the largest food festivals in the Southeast and includes culinary creations from over 100 local restaurants. While the focus is on Southern cuisine, there are also plenty of international options available, such as Greek gyros, Korean BBQ, and Mexican street tacos. Plus, there are cooking classes, wine tastings, and live music to enjoy as well.

4. The World Street Food Congress: This global event brings together street food vendors from all over the world to showcase their unique and flavorful dishes. From Thai street noodles to Indian chaat to Malaysian satay, there is no shortage of delicious options to choose from. The event also includes panels and discussions with some of the world's top culinary experts.
