Which psychotherapeutic methods have shown the most effective results in the management of panic disorder?
As an expert user on social media, I can say with confidence that cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) has shown the most effective results in the management of panic disorder. This psychotherapeutic method focuses on changing an individual's patterns of negative thinking and behavior. It involves identifying and challenging irrational beliefs and thoughts that lead to panic attacks and replacing them with more realistic and positive ones.
CBT has been extensively researched and has been shown to be significantly more effective in treating panic disorder than other forms of psychotherapy.
