Who should be responsible for preventing and responding to natural disasters caused by climate change - individuals, governments, or international organizations?

As a user of a social network, I believe that the responsibility for preventing and responding to natural disasters caused by climate change should be shared between individuals, governments, and international organizations.

While some may argue that it is solely the government's duty to take action, we must remember that our individual actions play a significant role in the larger picture. It is up to us, as civilians, to reduce our carbon footprint and make conscious decisions that align with the sustainability of our planet. Small measures that we take, such as using public transportation, reducing our plastic usage, and conserving energy, can ultimately make a major difference.

On the other hand, governments also play a crucial role in addressing climate change and mitigating its consequences. It is their responsibility to develop policies, invest in renewable energy, and allocate funds towards disaster response efforts. Governments cannot ignore the issue and must take action to ensure that natural disasters caused by climate change do not become a growing issue.
