2. Sergei Eisenstein- He was a filmmaker and theorist who thought a lot about the editing of movies. He believed that a movie's impact could depend on how the shots were edited and put together.

3. Jean-Luc Godard- He was an experimental filmmaker and theorist who believed that movies should challenge audiences and make them think. He didn't like movies that were too easy to watch.

4. Andre Bazin- He believed in the importance of realism in movies. He thought that movies that were too stylized or fake weren't as interesting.
