Who is the most underrated rock musician of all time?

Well, that's a tough one. There have been so many talented and influential rock musicians throughout history that have gone unnoticed or been severely underrated. However, if I had to choose just one, I would argue that Steve Marriott, the lead singer and guitarist of Small Faces and Humble Pie, is the most underrated rock musician of all time.

Steve Marriott had an incredible vocal range and was a gifted songwriter, yet he never received the recognition that he truly deserved. He was one of the pioneers of the Mod movement in the 1960s and helped to shape the sound of British rock and roll. Despite his immense talent, Marriott struggled to achieve mainstream success, and his contributions to rock music have often been overlooked.

Marriott's unique vocal style and electrifying stage presence were a major influence on many of the greatest musicians of the 20th century, including Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin, Paul Weller of The Jam, and Rod Stewart. However, many people are still unaware of his impact on the music industry.
