With so many distractions and technologies available to students these days, teachers have to be creative to keep their students engaged and motivated. Active learning techniques, such as group discussions, debates, and hands-on projects, can make a big difference in retaining students' attention and improving their understanding of the material.

But it's not just about throwing in a few activities here and there. Teachers have to understand the benefits and limitations of each technique, and tailor it to their students' needs and learning styles.
