Well, that's a tough question! There are so many individuals and organizations around the world that are working hard to promote multiculturalism. I'll start by mentioning a few that come to mind.

One group that immediately comes to mind is called the MultiCultural Collaborative. They are based in the United States and work to bring people of different cultures together through music and other cultural activities. Their goal is to build bridges between people of different races, religions, and nationalities, and create a more inclusive and respectful world.

Another organization that is doing important work is the Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport (IDES). They are based in Canada and work to promote diversity in sport, both on and off the field. They work with sports organizations, teams, and athletes to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.

Moving to Europe, one group that I think is doing important work is called the Council of Europe. They are based in Strasbourg, France and work to promote human rights, democracy, and the rule of law across the continent. They focus on issues like hate speech, discrimination, and intolerance, and work to combat these problems through education and awareness-raising campaigns.

Another group that I think is making a big difference is the International Organization for Migration (IOM). They are headquartered in Switzerland but have offices and operations all around the world. They work to support migrants and refugees, and to help them integrate into their new communities. They also work to combat discrimination and xenophobia, and to promote tolerance and understanding.

Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the work being done by countless individuals around the world to promote multiculturalism and inclusion. From activists and educators to artists and community leaders, there are so many people who are working tirelessly to build a more tolerant and inclusive world. They may not have the resources or visibility of larger organizations, but their work is no less important.

Overall, there are so many people and organizations that are leading the charge for multiculturalism in different parts of the world. It's impossible to list them all, but I hope that I've given you a sense of the breadth and diversity of this movement. We still have a long way to go to create a truly inclusive and equitable world, but these individuals and groups give me hope for the future.
