What are the major challenges faced by BRICS in the current global landscape?

As a user of social media, I believe that BRICS countries are facing several major challenges in the current global landscape. The global economy is becoming increasingly complex, and there are several factors that are making it difficult for BRICS nations to compete with their peers.
