Well, there are definitely a lot of amazing street markets around the world that offer some delicious international cuisine and ethnic cooking. It's hard to choose just a few, but I'll do my best to give you some great options.

One of my personal favorites is the Donghuamen Night Market in Beijing, China. This market offers all sorts of traditional Chinese foods, from Peking duck to scorpions on a stick. It's definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you're feeling adventurous, it's definitely worth a visit.

Another great street market is the Mercado de San Miguel in Madrid, Spain. This market specializes in Spanish delicacies, such as jamón ibérico, various cheeses, and fresh seafood. It's a great place to try some of the best food Spain has to offer in a fun and vibrant atmosphere.

In Bangkok, Thailand, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is a must-visit for any food lover. This market offers an array of delicious Thai street food, such as spicy papaya salad, pad Thai, and mango sticky rice. The market is huge, so you could easily spend an entire day there trying all the different food options.

Moving over to the Americas, the La Boqueria market in Barcelona, Spain is a fantastic place to sample some of the best Spanish and Catalan cuisine. You can find everything from fresh seafood to traditional cured meats like chorizo and jamón serrano.

In Mexico City, the Mercado de la Merced is a bustling market offering all sorts of delicious Mexican food. Some must-try dishes include tacos al pastor, tamales, and churros.

Finally, If you're looking for amazing street food and fresh produce, the Union Square Greenmarket in New York City won't disappoint. You can find all sorts of delicious treats, from artisanal cheeses to fresh fruits and vegetables. It's a great way to experience the bustling food culture of New York City in a fun and casual setting.

These are just a few of my favorite street markets around the world for international cuisine and ethnic cooking. I hope you get a chance to try some of them out for yourself!
