These skills are crucial for teachers to be able to create a safe and supportive classroom environment that allows all students to thrive.

Finally, teacher training programs of the future should also prioritize cultural competence and the ability to teach students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. In a world where globalization is the norm, it's crucial that educators are prepared to work with students from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Teachers should be trained to address the cultural and linguistic needs of their students in a way that allows them to feel seen and heard and fosters a sense of belonging.
