As a self-proclaimed Olympics fanatic, I'm beyond excited for this year's games! With so many talented athletes competing, it's hard to narrow down the top contenders. However, after doing my research (and yes, maybe a little bit of stalking), these are the top Olympic athletes that you absolutely have to watch out for this year.

First up, we have Simone Biles, the undisputed Queen of gymnastics. This girl does things on the balance beam that seem humanly impossible - I mean, have you seen her triple-double? She's already won a whopping 19 Olympic and World Championship medals, and this year she's looking to add even more to her collection. Plus, have you seen her TikToks? She's got some serious personality to match her jaw-dropping talent.

Next, we have Caeleb Dressel, the fastest swimmer in the world and a total heartthrob. Seriously, have you SEEN his abs? But back to his athletic abilities - he's already won multiple Olympic and World Championship gold medals, and he's done it with ease. He's also known for his clutch performances in relay events, so keep an eye out when the stakes are high.
