What are some of the differences between traditional education and MOOCs?

Well, traditional education usually happens in a school or a university, and you have to be there in person to learn. In MOOCs, you can learn online from anywhere in the world!

In traditional education, there is usually a teacher in front of the class giving lectures and assignments. In MOOCs, lessons are usually pre-recorded videos that you can watch and learn from at your own pace.

One big difference is the amount of people who can attend. In traditional education, there are usually a limited number of seats in a classroom, but with MOOCs, there can be thousands of people taking the same course with you!

Another difference is the cost. Traditional education can be very expensive, but many MOOCs are often free or cost much less than attending a school or university.

However, one big thing to remember is that traditional education often gives you a degree or a diploma that shows you completed the course of study. MOOCs do not always give you the same kind of credential, so it is important to think about if you need a formal degree or certificate for your future goals.
