Is social perception subjective or objective?

In my opinion, social perception is subjective. While there may be certain objective factors or traits that we perceive in others, such as someone's height or the color of their hair, the overall perception of a person is colored by our own biases and experiences.

For example, two people may meet the same person and have vastly different perceptions of them. One may find them charming and friendly, while the other finds them rude and off-putting. This can be due to a variety of factors, including past experiences with similar people, cultural differences, and even mood or physical state at the time of the interaction.

Furthermore, social perception can be influenced by external factors such as media portrayals, societal norms, and the opinions of those around us. These factors can shape how we view certain groups of people, such as those of different races, genders, or religions.
