Can Justified True Belief be applied to fields outside of philosophy such as the social sciences or natural sciences?

Now, can this idea be used in sciences like social science or natural science? The answer is yes, but it might look a little different.

In social science, Justified True Belief might be used to make sure that the ideas or theories we have about people and society are based on good evidence and facts. For example, if we believe that people from different cultures act a certain way, we need to have good evidence to back that up. We can't just make guesses or assumptions without any proof.

In natural science, Justified True Belief might be used to make sure that our theories about the natural world are based on facts and evidence too. Scientists can't just make up ideas about how the world works without any evidence to back it up. And if new evidence comes along that disproves a previous idea, the scientist has to be willing to change their mind.

So yes, Justified True Belief can be used in other fields outside of philosophy. It just means that we have to be careful to base our beliefs on good evidence and be willing to change our ideas if new evidence comes along.
