How many Olympic gold medals has Michael Phelps won in his career?

Michael Phelps is an incredible swimmer who has won a lot of Olympic gold medals during his career. In fact, he has won a total of 23 Olympic gold medals, which is more than any other Olympian in history! That's pretty amazing, right?

Phelps started swimming when he was just a kid, and he loved it right away. He worked really hard to become the best swimmer he could be, and it paid off big time.
