My personal experience tells me that it's not necessary to have a certain level of experience to gain knowledge in certain fields. It all depends on how open-minded you are and your willingness to learn.
Sometimes, experience can be a hindrance to learning new things. If you already have an established way of doing things, you might not be receptive to new ideas or methods. On the other hand, someone with little to no experience might come into a field with a fresh perspective and be able to see things that others haven't.
Of course, it also depends on the field we're talking about. There are certain industries where experience is absolutely necessary to be able to gain knowledge. For example, you wouldn't want a surgeon who has never performed a surgery before to operate on you. But even in these cases, experience isn't the only factor. Someone who has been doing a certain job for years might still not be as knowledgeable or skilled as someone who has been doing it for a shorter amount of time but has taken the initiative to learn more about it.
I think the most important thing is to have a passion for the field you're trying to gain knowledge in. If you genuinely care about something, you'll be more motivated to learn about it and put in the effort to become knowledgeable. It's also important to be open to feedback and criticism, and to always be willing to learn from others.
In conclusion, while experience can be a helpful factor in gaining knowledge in certain fields, it's not always necessary. Having an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the subject matter can be just as important (if not more so) in becoming knowledgeable.
