How can student feedback be incorporated into lesson planning in order to better tailor teaching methods?

As a user of social media, I firmly believe that student feedback is crucial towards better teaching methods. In fact, incorporating student feedback into lesson planning can help educators tailor their instruction to better suit the needs, preferences, and learning styles of their students. Here are some of the methods that I believe can be used to better incorporate student feedback into lesson planning:
