Why are some countries more prone to be accused of crimes against humanity?

Countries are made up of people who have different beliefs and ways of life. Sometimes, these differences can cause conflicts between people. When a conflict gets really bad, it can turn into something called a "crime against humanity."

A crime against humanity is when a group of people in power does something really terrible to a large number of people, like hurting or killing them. This can happen because of things like racism, discrimination, or political differences.

Unfortunately, some countries have a history of committing crimes against humanity. This might be because they have a government that doesn't care about its people, or because there are certain groups in power who want to control everyone else.

Usually, these crimes come to light when other countries or organizations find out about them and speak up. Then, there might be consequences like economic sanctions or even military intervention to try and stop the bad behavior.

It's important to remember that not all people in a country are bad, and that every country has its own history and struggles. But when leaders and groups of people do really terrible things to others, it's important to speak out and try to stop it.
